There are only around five people from Mali inside the camp. Most of them were either deported or redestributed to Regenstauf. The redistributed people are also waiting for theire deportation to Italy.
People who come to us today showed us their camp-passports. With this they are permitted entrance to the camp and access to non-cash benefits like i.e. clothing, hygiene articles, food ore bedding. One person speaks of having received clothing only twice and not at all since. The camp-passports are valid for two months.
We are told that around 30 people from Eritrea are housed in the camp at Zeiß- and Guerickestraße. Almost all of them are supposed to be deported to Italy.
